Hi all, COUREX is now in the progress of enhancing some of the features in our Online Courier Management system and we would like to update our customers on some of the works that we are doing now.
In this blog, we would like to highlight two of the new features that we will be adding in the next 1-2 months.
1. API. To further support eCommerce users in Singapore, we at COUREX are working out an shipping API (Application Programing Interface). In simple term, this API is a standard interface for users who like to link their website or company system to our Courier management system. With this done, our users can now have their customer access the shipping rate direct from their website. More details on this API will be revealed when it is completed.
2. Batch Upload. We received a few feedbacks from our customers who required shipment to mutliple addresses. Though we had already enhanced our online booking form, however at this moment, our users can only create 1 delivery at a time. It is fine for a few bookings but when come to more than 10 deliveries, it can be quite hectic. Hence we are now working on the batch (CSV) uploads of information to our system. All our users will just need to load all their shipping details into a excel file and then upload to their own account at COUREX and have their booking made. Even you have 10 or 100 deliveries, bookings can all be done with a few clicks.
With these upgrades done, we believed we can further add values to your business.
