Do you know that you can now book your courier services online without keying in much information on our booking form? Yes, it is really that easy but lot of our customers did not know there is this feature in our COUREX Courier Booking system.
In this short blog, we aim to inform our customers that booking your courier services online can now be done easier when you can retrieve back the old data. This means that if you have done the order before, you do not need to recreate the same order again. All you need is to retrieve back the past courier order and with a click, you can arrange a new delivery again.
This is how we can do. Again, as usual, log into www.courex.com.sg with your ID and password. If you do not have an account, you can create online or call our customer service hotline to register a new account.
Once you logged in, you be directed to the admin panel of your account. Look for “Transaction History” and click on it.
Once you in, you can view all the past deliveries which you have done with COUREX. If you like to book a new delivery and the order is in the past deliveries record, just click on the ” Reorder” and it will be translate onto a new booking, with a click and submit, the order will go live again.
