COUREX being an IT savvy courier company in Singapore, emphasis great importance on positives experiences of our customers. We had recently enhanced our online booking form when you create an courier service delivery online with us.
COUREX encourage our customers to book their order online. It is simple and are more convenient than booking via phone.
Though some of our customers had told us that their concern is the effectiveness of booking online… does it really work? Will their online order just go into a “dark hole” and disappear and customers have to wait for hours for the pickup and it never come?
The answer is No.
Our online order booking system is real time. Once you create and submit the order online, COUREX will actually receive it in real time. From there, your orders will be activated and allocated to our drivers and riders that is on the road.
In this blog, we aim to guide you step by step on how to create an order online.
Step 1
Log onto our courex website at www.courex.com.sg. Key in your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “Forgotten Password” under the Password Field Box. Note that you need to register for an account, for registration of account, you can do it online or call our customer’s service hotline 64767472 to have the account open for you.
Step 2
Once you successful logged in, you will see the admin portion of your personal account. There are mainly two sections here. On the upper section named “Shipping”, you can view your shipping rate for both local and international, Local Shipment order, International Shipment Order.
On the lower section named “Member”. you can opt to view your personal profile(change personal detail). change password and view past transaction in the transaction history.
To create a local courier delivery online, click on the “Create Shipment Order” .
Step 3
Once you click on the “Create Shipment Order” . you will enter into the online booking form for creating order online. Note that those fields with asterisk are compulsory.
Few important points here to note:
1. Information must be entered correctly.It is from these addresses that our people will use to complete the delivery for you. We do not call you to confirm if the address is correct. Once you submit and confirm, the order is “Live”!
2. If you or your customers would like to receive an email that an delivery had been booked successfully online, you can input in the relevant email address and the respective person will receive the delivery confirmation via email.
3. Content description is important and the value declared must be accurate. COUREX is only liable loss of item up to SGD100.
4.Please select what type of the parcel belong to which categories, ie, if it is a document,check on Document and if it is a parcel that is light than 3 kg, check on Small Parcel. This information will affect the rates charged accordingly.
5. Please enter the weight and the dimension of the parcel correctly. Over or under delcaration of the value will result in the wrong computation of charges and hence possible delay in delivery.
6. Timing selected here here is important. The number for hours given to us to do the job will affect the rates charged. In this case, if you arrange for a courier to be pick up after 9am 14th July and delivered before 6pm 14th July, it is consider a same day service and hence same day rate.
Step 4
A completed form will look like this as below.
Once you ready click submit order and you will be lead to a confirmation page. The confirmation page will allow you to double confirm the details and also show you the total rate to be charge to you.
Step 5
Once you click confirmed, the order will be Live and COUREX will activate the service accordingly to the type of service selected. Note that you can actually print out the delivery note online as seen below. There is an option not to filled out any connote if you prefer not to.
The moment you click confirm on the order, we at COUREX will receive your order real time. If for any reason that there is some issues with your order, we will call you to clarify on the order.
