As part of the overall effort to improve our user experiences in using our courier services. We at COUREX had implemented ” Update of delivery status via SMS notification“. Before the introduction of the SMS delivery notification, all our customer had to go to COUREX website to check on the delivery status via the tracking number that is given to them.
However we had received some feedback from our customers that this real time tracking information should be further enhanced with SMS notification. With this, we noted and hence from July onward, our courier services users can now have their delivery status updated via SMS notification.
For new customers, you will have an option to enabled SMS notification when you signed up for an COUREX account.
For existing customers, if you like to have the SMS function enabled, you can do so by logging into under member profile, just check on the “Yes” function on the ” Receive SMS Notification”. Note that a handphone number had to be inserted in the member profile for this function to work.
